Wolves attacking a mob or entity, cannot be healed with meat even though it consumes it.

Only after the wolf is done attacking, Can it be healed. 

First time Encountering the bug, A zombie had hit me causing my wolves to start attacking, but since my wolves was low on health i tried healing them with porkchop, but they only consumed the meat, and were not healing. 

(context: There were no hearts to indicate breeding, the wolves were adult, The wolves were not being attacked causing them to lose health whilst trying to heal them, as the zombie was focused on me)

Attempts to recreate the bug seems to indicate that it happens very rarely, and might've been a one time thing.
