Wind charges only open/close doors if the explosion reaches the bottom block of the door.
To reproduce:
- Place two blocks above and below a door as shown in the left side of the screenshot (the right side uses levers for comparison purposes)
- Shoot the center of the yellow block below the door, note that the door opens/closes as expected.
- Shoot the center of the yellow block above the door, note that the door does not open/close as expected.
