Summary:
You can remove wolf armor from wolves using shears. If the wolf armor has the curse of binding enchantment, you cannot remove it, it toggles whether the wolf sits instead. The issue is that can't even remove the wolf armor from the wolf in creative mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tame a wolf in creative mode
2. Equip it with wolf armor
3. Remove the wolf armor by right clicking the wolf with shears
4. Enchant the wolf armor with curse of binding using an anvil in creative mode
5. Equip the wolf with the enchanted wolf armor
6. Right click the wolf with shears to remove the wolf armor

Observed results:
You make the wolf sit and are unable to remove the armor because it has curse of binding despite being in creative mode.

Expected results:
You should be able to remove the armor from the wolf despite it having the curse of binding enchantment, since you are in creative mode.
