In prior snapshot versions, the Wind Burst enchantment would still function when applied to other items, such as swords or sticks. In 1.20.5 Pre-Release 1, this no longer works.

This can be tested using the following two commands:

/give @s stick[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"wind_burst":1}}]
/give @s mace[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"wind_burst":1}}]

The issue can then be demonstrated by falling from a sufficient height and attacking a mob with each item.
