      1. Run the following command:

      /give @s stick[minecraft:can_place_on={blocks:'dirt',show_in_tooltip:false},minecraft:can_break={blocks:'dirt',show_in_tooltip:false}]

      Observed Results:

      The tooltip are displayed

      Expected Results:

      The tooltip is hidden
