You can get containers with the wind charge item on non-experimental worlds with Saved Hotbars.

If you use a dispenser with the wind charge item, the wind charges are invisible on a non-experimental world.

If the wind charge hits a mob the game crashes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a saved hotbar with a dispenser with wind charges.
2. Place the Dispenser on a non-experimental world.
3. Use the dispenser on a mob,
4. The Game Crashes

The game crashed whilst ticking entity
