The Bug:

The subtitle produced when using a mace enchanted with wind burst is misleading.

When you use a mace enchanted with wind burst, the subtitle "Wind Charge bursts" is produced. This is misleading because no wind charge actually burst; it's just that the wind burst enchantment activated. A more accurate subtitle would be something like "Wind Burst boosts".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to your accessibility settings and enable subtitles.
2. Give yourself a mace enchanted with wind burst by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:mace[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:wind_burst":3}}]

3. Summon a mob and attack the mob using the enchanted mace.
4. Look at the subtitle that is produced upon the wind burst enchantment activating

Observed Behavior:

The subtitle is misleading and claims that a wind charge burst, when in reality, no wind charge burst; the wind burst enchantment just activated.

Expected Behavior:

A more accurate subtitle such as "Wind Burst boosts" should be created and displayed instead.
