Books data loss on the updating to the last snapshot (24w14a)

      When updating at least a snapshot world to the new version, data of books is lost. It doesnt matter the place where is the book (hotbar, itemframe, lectern), the book turns into a blank book.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Compose a manuscript within Snapshot 24w13a
      2. Upgrade the world to the latest snapshot
      3. Attempt to peruse the tome 
        /data get entity @s SelectedItem
