      Summary
      Ominous item spawner can spawn a regular arrow, not tipped arrow, of various effects. While they are functional, they are visually indistinguishable from arrows with no effects, and do not stack with such arrows.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Play an ominous trial several times

      Expected Result
      Ominous item spawner spawns a tipped arrow, minecraft:tipped_arrow.

      Actual Result
      Ominous item spawner spawns a normal arrow (minecraft:arrow) with potion effects. These appear as "7 components" in the inventory and do not stack with regular arrows.
