When a player has a non-standard scale attribute and casts a fishing rod, the line will will appear detatched from the held fishing rod item.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Modify the player's scale

   /attribute @p minecraft:generic.scale base set 10
   

2. Get a fishing rod
3. Cast it
   → The line is placed unrelated to the fishing rod item.
