Related to MC-149052, the loom UI closely resembles the stonecutter UI. While this might be perceived as a feature request, it's preferable to leave the decision to Mojang. Despite banner patterns not being items, one would anticipate that hovering over them would display their respective names. However, this functionality is currently absent.

steps to reproduce

1. Place a loom
2. Obtain a banner and a dye
3. Right-click on the loom and place the items into the corresponding slots
4. Hover over the patterns

Observed: Tooltips fail to appear.
Expected: Tooltips should be displayed.

Note: This problem prolongs the process of identifying a banner pattern, as you must select the pattern and then hover over the banner in the output slot to reveal its name.
