      How to Reproduce

      1. Switch the difficulty to peaceful
      2. Place a piglin brute spawner at dark 
        /give @s spawner{BlockEntityTag:{SpawnData:{entity:{id:"piglin_brute"}}}}
      3. Wait a moment

      Expected Behaviour

      Spawners don't spawn because piglin brutes are hostile

      Observed Behaviour

      Piglin brutes were spawned and disappeared immediately
