/give doesn't allow names to have spaces

      when using /give the command 

      /give @p minecraft:paper[minecraft:custom_name="ab"]

      works but 

      /give @p minecraft:paper[minecraft:custom_name="a b"]

      does not work with the following error being produced:

      I think the command should allow spaces and some other characters so you can have an item display "Atom's Hammer" or something similar

      same should also apply to "minecraft:item_name"
