Ctrl + Pick block is not copying container data correctly

      while pressing control and pick block, the NBT data of the container is copied, but when you place down the container, it is empty.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      i expected that the items would get copied, as in the other versions.

      What actually happened was...:
      the contrainer was empty

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. place a container
      2. fill it
      3. press CTLR+MIDDLE CLICK.
      4. place the copied container
      5. see that the container is empty
