      When flying in creative mode, hitting ender dragons with a mace enchanted with Wind Burst pushes the player upward, unlike when attacking other mobs. Relates to MC-269954.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Enter end
      2. /attribute @s minecraft:player.entity_interaction_range base set 64
      1. Acquire a mace enchanted with Wind Burst 
        /give @p mace[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{'minecraft:wind_burst':3}}]
      1. Strike the ender dragon while in creative mode and flying with it
