Rain does not extinguish a campfire for some reason. This is not supposed to happen and the fire's supposed to be put out.

How to reproduce

Start of by crafting a campfire
If you're on creative just run this command to make it rain: /weather rain
Place the campfire while its raining, the fire will keep going.
