When placing liquid lava on an ice block it doesn't melt.

How to reproduce

Start by filling a bucket with lava
Then freeze water and turn it into an ice block
Then pour the lava onto the ice block, its not gonna melt.

Update 
Turns out I was using blue ice and not normal ice, blue ice doesn't melt but regular ice does.
