When I right click'd (use item) on a fence while having mobs on leads (one or more, doesn't matter), the game simultaneously put lead on the fence and place another fence inside that block.

Breaking the block with multiple fences also doesn't drop properly, it updates after performing certain action (click on the item, drop the item, etc.).

What I expected to happen was...:
Either leash the mobs and not place the fence or the other way around

      What actually happened was...:
The leashed fence now have two fences inside that one block area

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Have one or more mobs on a lead
      2. Have two or more fences in hand (must be main hand, because off-hand works fine)
      3. Right click (use item) on a fence
