Description:

When selecting an item with the component [minecraft:hide_tooltip={}] from your Hotbar, it shows the item's name like with any other item. I believe it should show the name, as it does not when hovering over it in the inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the command:

/give @s minecraft:stick[minecraft:hide_tooltip={}]

As far as I know, this works with any item.

2. Use the number keys (1-9) or the keys you have bound to your Hotbar slots to switch to that item.
3. The game should show the name of the item just like it would for an item without the [minecraft:hide_tooltip={}] component
