Parrots can now be fed carrots to kill them instead of cookies

      In 24w12a, you can no longer feed parrots cookies; instead, you can feed it with carrots to kill it. Carrots are in #minecraft:parrot_poisonous_food instead of cookies, causing this bug to happen.
