The Bug:

The server momentarily freezes when cartographers level up.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a cartography table and summon a villager beside it.
2. Wait for the villager to assign itself to the cartography table.
3. Enable the TPS graph by pressing F3+2.
4. Trade with the villager and wait for it to level up.

Observed Behavior:

The server momentarily freezes.

Expected Behavior:

The server would not freeze.
