Book and quill item is consumed when signing and closing it in creative

      When pressing the "Sign and Close" button on a book and quill item, the item is consumed and it is converted into a written book.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Get a Book and Quill item
      2. Enter a title, can be anything
      3. Sign and Close the book and quill

      Expected & Observed Results:

      - The item is consumed, and converted into a written book.
      - The book and quill item would remain in the player's inventory, and a new written book item would be created. This follows the consistent logic of other usable items not being consumed in creative mode.
