更改tick后游戏因内存耗尽退出会导致主界面速度异常

      在使用tick指令调高游戏速率后，如果游戏因内存耗尽而返回主界面，主界面动画会变得很快

      I use "/tick rate 500" to set tick speed.And if minecraft go back to the menu because out of memory.The menu will be so fast.
