      The bug

      There is an image "isles.png" in assets/minecraft/textures/presets which I believe was used for pre-1.13 Customized worlds. The file is referenced nowhere in the game's code as of currently.

      How to fix

      Remove this file as well as the directory it is in. (Alternatively, update this file and reimplement old-style customized worlds.)
