Lingering potion particles are tinted black instead of the potion's color

      Issue:
      The particle effects seem to be completely black after the change to remove the color blending
      when coming out of a player. Not sure if this is related, but latest snapshot (24w11a) made lingering
      potions like this.

      What I expected to happen:
      Lingering potions should be colored so the player is aware of what potion effect is the cloud made of.
