      Unlike other items with durability, maces cannot be enchanted with the abilities of unbreaking, mending, or curse of vanishing. This rule holds true whether you're utilizing the /enchant command or an anvil in survival or adventure mode. Likewise, in creative mode, you're able to apply enchantments using an anvil without any constraints, just like with any other item. The listed enchantments perform as anticipated when applied to the item.
