updated Launcher to 24w10a snapshot and entered world I noticed Lighting was unusually dark. I sent brightness to max and max gamma still no change.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Built in High Contrast UI resource pack should not effect brightness of the game.

What actually happened was...:
High Contrast UI darkens the lighting of the game significantly when selected and applied to world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Menu>>Options>>Resource Pack and select High Contrast Resource pack by clicking arrow key to the right.
2. Once loaded click back in game an observe lighting (May not be apparent on surface in daylight hours, recommend indoors with sufficient light of torches).
