If there's a ceiling above it, an armor stand can't be placed, even if it would otherwise be positioned in a different location due to MC-269179.

      If MC-269179 is intended, this behavior doesn't function correctly when there's a ceiling above the block where you're attempting to place the armor stand. Removing the block allows the armor stand to be placed even though it does not intersect the block that was there previously.
