MC-220215 is listed as fixed, yet the problem still persists. Before version 1.17, sideways shulker boxes didn't cause players to fall, as shown in the attached videos. However, currently players will fall off the block they're standing on unlike before 1.17. Entities were simply changed to be pushed precisely 0.11 blocks away from the shulker box every tick.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Recreate the following setup:
      2. Stand on the white wool, pressed up against the shulker box
      3. Open the box

      Observed Behavior:

The player is pushed off the block entirely, roughy 1/16th of a block outward from the wool.

      Expected Behavior:

The player would only be pushed 0.5 blocks away, and would be on the ledge of the wool.

      Notes:

      1. This behavior is not exclusive to horizontal movement, as it also behaves the same when standing on top of the shulker box and opening it facing upwards.
