Clouds appear with irregularities

      I have this annoying problem not only in this version but in several, I don't know if it is due to my graphics card, which is an RTX 3060 TI, which I believe is since I had an RTX 2060 SUPER and this didn't happen to me and the truth is that I need some help since it is annoying to play with clouds like this
