When wolves spawn in packs, they are spread around randomly, and can spawn outside of the desired biome, resulting in having the default wolf appearance instead of the biome they attempted to spawn in.

Expected Behavior: Spotted Wolves should have spawned, since the wolves are spawned naturally from the savanna_plateau biome.

Observed Behavior: Pale Wolves (default) spawned because they spawned outside of the original biome they were spawned naturally from. 

Most players would think it is bugged if they traveled far to find a savanna biome only to find default wolves...
