Suspicious stew no longer gives an effect when eaten in survival
Steps to reproduce:

1. Set your gamemode to creative at give yourself any suspicious stew from the "Food & Drinks" creative inventory tab.
2. Eat the suspicious stew
   Suspicious stew effect applies
3. Repeat the same steps but in survival mode 
   Suspicious stew effect doesn't apply
