The Fortune III does not appear in the Ingredients Creative Menu tab, and none of the tiers (Fortune I, Fortune II or Fortune III) appear when looking through all enchanted books with the Search tab function. It also does not appear when searching for "Fortune" specifically, but other enchantments appear as normal.
