Steps to Reproduce:

  [Step 1] Grab an axe or pickaxe, any weapon that's supposed to have a slower cooldown than a sword, and also grab a sword
  [Step 2] Swing that tool
  [Step 3] Compare the cooldown to the sword

Observed Results:
The axe and pickaxe have the same cooldown speed as the sword

Expected Results:

The axe and pickaxe should have a slower cooldown then the sword
