in 24w09a, items attribute modifier has incorrect value 
for example netherite sword has 4 damage and 1.6 attack speed, which is doesnt supposed to be.
axe also have the same issue that has 4 damage and 1.6 attack speed.
currently found theres All Swords, All Pickaxes, All Axes, All Shovels, All Hoes have 4 damage and 1.6 attack speed.
