What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the "Game Menu" to have the dark overlay when using Programmer Art like it was prior to the snapshot.

What actually happened was...:
When using Programmer Art now the "Game Menu" when you click escape is no longer a dark overlay, instead it is now a dirt background, I use Programmer Art so this is bug kind of ruins multiplayer when using Programmer Art

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply Programmer Art texture pack.
2. Press escape
3. and you will see the "Game Menu" page having a dirt background instead of the dark overlay that was used prior to this snapshot, with the "Game Menu" page being like this makes it worse to play on multiplayer with Programmer Art applied.
