Unable to recover super old world file

I went to check out the most recent snapshot today, and spotted a legacy world that I moved over from a different computer in the world saves file. Date last opened: 6/12/19, 12:30 AM. It has a red "Failed to load world summary" label where the version would be. When I click "Attempt to recover", I get the error shown in the screenshot. I went back and checked snapshots, and the world started showing up in the world list from 23w42a onward.
