      Description:
In the recent snapshot 24W07A, with the introduction of wind charges, I've encountered an unexpected behavior where these charges can pass through certain blocks that are not of full height, specifically dirt paths and mud blocks. According to game mechanics, wind charges should be obstructed by solid blocks, ensuring consistent behavior across different block types. This issue seems to affect only those blocks that are slightly lower than a full block height.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place a mud block or create a dirt path on the ground.
      2. Stand above or at an angle where you can direct a wind charge downwards towards the block.
      3. Shoot a wind charge at the block.
      4. Observe that the wind charge passes through the block instead of being stopped or redirected.

      Expected Behavior:
Wind charges should be obstructed by all solid blocks, creating knock-back on the player using them

      Actual Behavior:

Wind charges pass through non-full height blocks such as dirt paths and mud, contrary to the expected behavior where they should be obstructed.
