Fortune Books are missing in the creative tab. They aren't in their Ingredients tab in the creative menu, and the fortune books don't appear when I use the search tab in the creative menu.

I have tried to see if there was a cause, so I had created multiple worlds and tried different experimental toggle combinations and world creation settings (including having the Update 1.21 toggle switch both enabled and disabled for these different worlds, because I originally made a world in this snapshot to play around in and I had different toggles enabled), and after doing so, the issue is still present, so the toggles and settings aren't the cause of the problem for the Fortune books being missing in the creative tab. They just aren't there, and there isn't no specific cause for it to happen other than creating a new world and opening up the creative menu.

Fortune isn't entirely gone, because I can still enchant items with fortune with commands, and I can still get it naturally from enchanting tables and tools found in structures enchanted with it, and I can still obtain the books from villager trading and finding it in structures.
