Whilst planting and growing wheat or any plant in survival, when it is fully grown and I try to break it and nothing drops, ive made sure that I'm in survival. the same occurs whilst fishing as I found out yesterday, the particles appear as the fish approaches the line and bobs but once reeled in it doesnt catch anything, I've tried restarting worlds on vanilla with no mods or datapacks but noting seems to have fixed this.
