If you press a recipe that contains an item that you don't have, its red tint will render on top of compact effects menu tooltip.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give yourself any effect (Hero Of The Village has the longest effect name, so it might be easier to reproduce the issue with it)
2. Set your gamemode to survival
3. Open inventory and press on any recipe that contains at item that you don't have
4. Resize the game window until the compact effects screen appears and hover over the effect
5. Notice that the effect tooltip renders behind a recipe red tint
