It look strange to me that we cant destroy minecart with several hits from our hands but that's not the case with dispenser. Indeed only two hits from the wind charge and the minecart disappear. I think it's a necessary to let the minecart survive when it get hit by the wind charge to get more possibility and fun from their combinaison.
