Hoppers cant pull honey bottles from bee hives or bee nests

This breaks most honey farms as they rely on hoppers being able too pull honey bottle item entities from insede the bee hive block. 

How to replicate: build the setup from the picture (bee hive has honey level of 5), press the button, whatch the hopper not collect the honey bottle

Expected behaviour: hopper should be able to pull honey bottle item entities from inside the bee hive block as it always did in versions before 24w06a
