The Bug:
Wind charges are not affected by the motion reduction of water.
Normally, when projectiles travel through water, their velocity is decreased, however, this isn't the case for wind charges which is inconsistent with other projectiles such as ender pearls, arrows, and snowballs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Obtain some wind charges and enter a large area of water.
- Throw a wind charge in the water and observe the speed at which the wind charge moves while traveling through the water.
- Throw a wind charge in the air and observe the speed at which the wind charge moves.
- Compare the speed of the wind charge while it's traveling through air to the speed of while it's traveling through water.
Observed Behavior:
Wind charges are not affected by the motion reduction of water.
Expected Behavior:
Wind charges would be affected by the motion reduction of water. Wind charges should move slower while traveling through water.
