The bug

Wind charges are deflectable with hits that are outside of their hitbox.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Throw an ender pearl
2. Right before the pearl lands throw the wind charge
3. Turn around, hit the wind charge and notice how you can hit it even though you didn't aim at the hitbox of the wind charge

Intended behavior

It should only deflect when you've hit the hitbox

Actual behavior

It lets you deflect the wind charge even though you didn't actually hit the hitbox
