Hopper minecarts with a full block above them no longer search for item entities to pick up

      The new hopper changes impacted hopper minecarts as well, causing them to be unable to pick up items in this setup:

      In prior versions, this would be able to pick up the item. I believe that hopper minecarts being able to collect items from on top of a block above them is intended, as it is capable of doing so in both previous java versions and on bedrock.
