      The bug

When mobGriefing is set to true, ravagers can jump at least 1.25 blocks to reach a player.

When mobGriefing is set to false, ravagers can jump no more than 1 block to reach a player.

      To reproduce

      1. Build a platform one block taller than the surrounding terrain,
      2. Place carpet around the rim of the platform,
      3. /gamerule mobGriefing false,
      4. Summon a ravager outside of the platform,
      5. Stand on the platform and /gamemode survival,

Watch as the ravager is unable to pathfind to you, and when satisfied, /gamerule mobGriefing true to see that the ravager is normally able to make the jump.
