      Picking up lava, powder snow or water using a bucket can be occasionally desynced.

      To reproduce

      1. Place or find lava, powder snow or water.
      2. Use an empty bucket and attempt to pick the block using said bucket.
      3. Sometimes the bucket is desynced.
