A Parrot's head's animation is not in sync with its facing direction, the blue line when you open hitboxes with f3+b. This is causing issues with a plugin I am making.

What I expected to happen was...:
When you show hitboxes, the parrot's head should always follow the blue line of sight and be centered around it.

      What actually happened was...:
Sometimes, the head animation seems to be a bit behind and can't catch up with the movement of the blue line.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Spawn a parrot, tame it, and sit it down.
      2. Show hitboxes with f3+b.
      3. Move around the parrot, and wait until it looks at you. Notice that sometimes the head animation and the blue line of sight are mismatched.
