So, as many of us know, Modern windows versions are based on older builds. We can find traces of old windows versions in newer ones. One of these is when your Graphics Driver crashes. When this happens, Explorer freaks out and the windows become windows 7 style. Like the window "boundary" is the glass style windows 7 and vista were based on. Sometimes the alt+tab menu becomes windows XP style. But that's besides the point.

For a couple of years, I've noticed when I'm switching from a different application to Minecraft, while the game is full-screening itself, i can notice the Graphics drivers dying and show the windows 7 window. It happens for a split second and is very hard to capture on an image. It feels like my computer freezes for a second. Now i know, the game tries to full screen in a quick succession but i can't see this in other games or applications. My computer is also pretty above specs for Minecraft.

Note : I'm using Intel Integrated Graphics, maybe they are just weak but I've ran much much heavier games.

There is also another issue I have, but it's not really related to this, so I'll make a different post today.
